BOOKING CONDITIONS & IMPORTANT DATES

1.   Payments:

a.        Team registration fee(s) to be made booking (non-refundable as this covers the administration costs). 

£40 per person accommodation deposit is due 2 weeks after booking

Final balance payments to be made on or before 1st March 2024

b.        Cancellations & amendments to bookings must be made in writing by email. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

2.   In the unlikely event of the tournament being cancelled due to extreme weather at the time of the event there can be no refunds returned.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The team registration fee is a non-refundable payment.  

Accommodation/transport payments – More than 6 weeks prior to travel and only the deposit is charged. 

Less than 6 weeks will incur the following cancellation charges – 30 days = 60%,   14 days or less = 100%

Cancellation Policy including Pandemic Impact:  In the event the tournament has to be cancelled by government decision, a refund less a small administration charge will be permissible.  Individuals impacted by Pandemic may be replaced by suitable appointments.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

·        International team registration dates from the 1st January of the admit year will be recognised. The registration dates are applicable for the 2023/2024 season.

We ask all teams to complete and return a team registration form before 1st March 2024. This will allow us to check through dates of birth of all players and ensure that all teams have been entered into correct age groups. ·  The Manchester Easter International Cup is wholly organised, promoted and managed by EUROWORLD SPORTS LIMITED. Any such decisions relating to the tournament are made solely by EuroWorld Sports Limited and its committee.

·  The 2024 Festival is covered by “Public Liability Insurance” by the organisers. We strongly recommend that all participating teams take out a “Group Insurance Policy” if you are not already covered, to protect your members against personal accidents. Or injury, late cancellation due to illness, loss of property, etc. JS TRAVEL INSURANCE offers cover for BOTH normal holiday insurance and injury to the players whilst they are playing football. We will send details upon request.
